WINTER TRAINING PROGRAMS

COPAFIT winter 4v4 (Indoor Soccer / Futsal League):   This winter, CopaFit is hosting a fast-paced 4v4 Indoor Soccer/Futsal League in coordination with Kingston United Soccer Club. The league is designed to give players a fun, competitive environment focused on creativity, quick decision-making, technical development, and getting as many touches on the ball as possible.


How It Works:

This is an individual registration league — there are no permanent teams.

Players will register for their appropriate age division and be placed into a player pool. Each week, players will be divided into teams for that night's games.

Teams and teammates will rotate throughout the season, giving players the opportunity to compete with and against different players each week.

New teammates. New matchups. Every week.

CopaFit, in coordination with Kingston United Soccer Club, will work to create balanced and competitive games each week.

COPAFIT Winter 4v4 League

(Age U9-U18 coed)

Starting December 1st


The small-sided format means players are constantly involved in the game and are challenged to attack, defend, communicate, make quick decisions, and solve problems on the ball.

U10 — U9 & U10 Players

5:30–6:15 PM


U12 — U11 & U12 Players

6:15–7:00 PM


U14 — U13 & U14 Players

7:00–7:45 PM


HIGH SCHOOL — U15 through U18

7:45–8:30 PM


This is an 6-session program, offered on Tuesdays

From Downtown Conway, travel north on Main Street / Highway 701. Turn right onto Highway 65 and continue toward the Homewood/Bucksport area.
