A Platform for All Skill Levels: Kingston United Soccer Club offers a full lineup of training options—from specialty camps to position‑focused sessions in attacking, defending, goalkeeping, and strength conditioning. Each program is tailored to different skill levels so every player can grow.
High Level Technical Training
(Age 7 - 18)
Starting June 3rd
Designed for players who are confident in the fundamentals and ready to take their game to the next level. This program focuses on high-level, performance-driven training in a challenging and competitive environment.
Each session includes:
- 15 minutes of speed and agility work
- 45 minutes focused on a weekly technical theme (foot skills, passing & receiving, or shooting)
- 30 minutes of high-tempo small-sided games to apply skills in game-like situations

Foundations Program
(Age 5-6)
Starting June 3rd
An introduction to soccer focused on building fundamental skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Each session includes:
- 30 minutes of ball mastery and footwork
- 30 minutes of small-sided games to encourage confidence and enjoyment

Introduction to Soccer
(Age 3-4)
Starting June 3rd
Perfect for young players who are new to the game and just getting started.
Each 30 minute session is designed to:
- Introduce basic movement and coordination
- Build comfort with the ball
- Most importantly, help players develop a love for the game

DIRECTIONS
The Dirty Branch Soccer Complex is situated on Dirty Branch Rd, near Conway Airport off of Highway 378. If coming from Conway you will make a left hand turn on to Dirty Branch Rd from Highway 378. You will then take the first entrance of 1956 Dirty Branch Rd approximately 0.35 miles from Highway 378. Follow the gravel road back to the parking area on right.
